Main Tasks and Functions of the Service Department:
- The activities of the Service Department ensure the efficient and user-oriented functioning of the Ilia State University Library;
- Ensuring the most accessible and comfortable use of the library spaces and resources;
- Coordinating and managing reading rooms and storage areas; photocopying facilities, computer resource centers and the book restoration area;
- Developing and improving library services;
- Promoting the professional development of the library staff;
- Planning and coordinating events;
