Material Resources Management Service
The Material Resources Management Service is a structural unit of the University, subordinate to the Head of Administration. Its purpose is to ensure the proper management of university premises, material resources, and the effective utilization of the material and technical bases, including supplies.
The functions of the Material Resources Management Service are:
a) Maintaining records and conducting inventories of the material and technical base;
b) Ensuring the cleanliness of university premises and compliance with hygiene standards;
c) Monitoring and maintaining the technical condition of buildings;
d) Administering utility services;
e) Organizing, arranging, and providing logistical support for the university spaces;
f) Ensuring the efficient operation of the car park and supervising drivers;
g) Providing technical and logistical support for events;
h) Coordinating janitorial and support staff.
