The Office of Administrative Process Coordination and Management

The Office of Administrative Process Coordination and Management is a structural unit of the University and accountable to the Head of Administration. The purpose of the Office is to ensure administrative governance and its effectiveness by coordinating activities related to the duties of the Head of Administration  across different departments and ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of administrative processes.  

The main functions of the Office include:
a) coordinating administrative processes;
b) supporting administrative processes;
c) organizing and managing the implementation of administrative processes;
d) administering projects.
