The Main Tasks and Functions of the Technology Department:
- Development of an electronic library;
- Development of electronic resources (including the production of educational materials adapted for persons with disabilities);
- Planning, management and monitoring of digitization projects;
- Creation and development of educational electronic “readers”;
- Management and administration of the institutional repository Eprints;
- Implementation of modern trends in digital library development;
- Promotion, development and administration of the Library’s website;
- Close cooperation with faculties/schools to ensure the accessibility of educational materials for programs at all levels;
- Participation in accreditation visits of educational programs;
- Participation in library projects;
- Conducting trainings for library staff and the university community.
