The Office of the University Infrastructure Development
The Office of the University Infrastructure Development is a structural unit of the University, subordinate and accountable to the Head of Administration.
The main functions of the office include:
- Planning and organizing the maintenance and servicing of the University buildings and facilities;
- Planning, supervising, and overseeing the completion and delivery of major renovation and construction projects in accordance with established procedures;
- Undertaking minor repair, maintenance, and renovation projects;
- Ensuring compliance with the procedures for planning and implementing construction and repair works;
- Exercising technical supervision over contractors throughout the execution of infrastructure development and maintenance works;
- Preparing budgets based on cost estimates for planned and required works, in coordination with the Head of Administration;
- Cooperating with various contractors and structural units of the university;
- Participating in the preparation, revision, and verification of cost estimates and construction or architectural projects, as well as assessing the compliance of the scope and quality of design and architectural works with the completed works;
- Organizing and managing the process of issuing and writing off materials purchased for construction and renovation works – including supplies, plumbing materials, painting materials, electrical materials, laminate flooring materials, etc.– from the warehouse.
